Tuba & Live Electronics

As a tuba player, music production and electronic music in general have been a revelation that helped me better understand and contextualise the strengths of my instrument. I am particularly drawn to expanding the limited freedom of movement, both physical and musical, through clever programming and effects.

Various microphones in and on the tuba allow me to build specific effect chains without unwanted feedback, with which I create and arrange live percussion, sub basses, harmonies and free melodic improvisations.
