In every moment of our lives we are surrounded by countless sounds that we often perceive as noise. But it is up to us how we hear these soundscapes. In a factory, for example: a choir of hundreds of mechanical processes in a machine hall, the layered hum of ventilation fans, the bubbling and gurgling from the depths of a tank.
SoundWERK finds the music in these sounds, brings it out and turns it into a composition. A cameraman captures the atmosphere of the place in moving images. Together, this can become anything from a video production to a multimedia live event with band or orchestra.
„Jonas collects sounds and turns them into stories. He enters companies and transforms people's daily, predictive realities into surprising sound-works of beauty.“
